Job Description
- Responsible for project managing Breadfast new sites, existing facilities maintenance, and pre-construction.
- Coordinate all engineering, MEP, and architectural specifications for each building.
- Liaise between contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Document processes and keep detailed construction records.
- Manage and develop construction schedules and resources.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering or or similar.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Construction Engineer or similar job role in the Construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of construction industry regulations.
- Very good command of written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
