Construction Draw Administrator

As a Construction Draw Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring that residential real estate construction and rehab/renovation loans are meticulously monitored and serviced throughout the construction process. Your primary objective will be to oversee projects from inception to completion ensuring they are executed on time within budget and in accordance with the approved plans and specifications outlined by our client.

• 24 years experience in real estate and real estate lending.
  
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
  
• Proficient in computer skills and familiarity with complex Excel formulas.
  
• Mortgage Construction Lending experience preferred.
  
• Processing and loan administration experience preferred.
  
• Strong analytical and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Ability to make decisions prioritize workload and to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  
• Exercise good judgment and strong character motivated hard working.
  
• Ability to work well with fellow associates clients and vendors.
  
• Good communication skills. Neat clean healthy work habits.
  
• Experience with LOS Encompass Closer Founder and Mortgage Cycle is highly desirable.
  
• Tech Stack: Pandabox: Similar to Docusign.

• Manage Draw Request Process
  
• Receive draw requests from borrower
  
• Coordinate inspections with Borrower and General Contractor to ensure the construction process potential delays budget status and any other matters are addressed
  
• Work with Borrower and their representatives to resolve construction deficiencies or defects in the documentation
  
• Report on compliance with construction loan procedures
  
• Coordinate Construction Loan Closings with EHL Loan Operations
  
• Collaborate with Loan Officer Loan Closer Borrower EHL Outside Legal Counsel and title company to facilitate the loan closing process
  
• Prepare Construction Status Reports
  
• Monitor interest reserve as appropriate
  
• Monitor new/renewed construction loans
  
• Monitor construction loan policy procedures and underwriting guidelines
  
• Monitor completion status versus projected completion dates
  
• Perform all actions in accordance with the Mission Vision and Convictions of EHL
  
• Provide a WOW experience and effectively communicate with associates clients partners and vendors via phone written communication and/or in person
  
• Seek Feedback: Host regular and timely communication with associates and Manager
  
• Be willing to assume additional responsibilities/duties/projects as they arise
  
• Demonstrate strong organization skills the ability to learn quickly and accuracy/timeliness in completing tasks
  
• Perform all actions in accordance with policies and procedures of the company
  
• Meet productivity guidelines of the position
  
• Effectively use software specific for the position and Microsoft Office products
  
• Collaborate effectively with other members of the EHL team and be willing to fill in when needed
  
• Perform other duties as assigned
  

Additional Information:

• Process draw requests representing completed work and manage the construction budget
  
• Utilize construction software program for budget allocation and document management tools like Pandabox
  
• Generate monthly building cost breakdowns using software
  
• Requires meticulous attention to detail and a strong understanding of construction processes and financial management
  
• Ensure proper monitoring and servicing of residential real estate construction and rehab/renovation loans
  
• Manage client relationships and oversee oneyearold projects
  
• Coordinate various aspects of the construction process
  
• Strong skills in understanding and communicating complex information proficiency in computer skills particularly in learning new software are essential
  
• Utilize the companys own platform for managing client information
