The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Computer Science to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate leader to shape the future of computer science education within a vibrant and supportive school community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and vision for the Computer Science department.
• Develop and implement a stimulating and challenging curriculum that aligns with the latest advancements in technology.
• Foster a love of learning for computer science amongst students of all abilities.
• Lead a team of dedicated Computer Science teachers providing ongoing coaching and professional development.
• Oversee all aspects of the Computer Science department ensuring efficient and effective operation.

• A qualified Computer Science teacher with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire colleagues.
• A passion for innovation and a commitment to staying abreast of the latest technological developments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students staff and parents.
