- Manage KYC- account opening for the new and existing clients. Includes collection of account – specific information recording information via electronic account – opening system, retrieving relevant executed documentation from clients and compliance regulatory procedures.
- Collaborating and act as intermediary person between Sales team and Compliance.
- Performs client due diligence to ensure that all accounts are in accordance with the Compliance policies and procedures.
- Clearing of ongoing monitoring alerts and transaction monitoring alerts.
- Liaising with the Regulators and implementing new JSC instructions.
- Maintaining and updating the Firm’s Compliance Policies and Procedures
- Ensuring that the Firm’s customer due diligence procedures are properly carried out
- Dealing with customer complaints, in accordance with JSC’s requirements, including performing the Firm’s Complaints Management Function
- Identifies measures and assesses compliance risks.
- Assessing the money laundering risks faced by the business through periodic risk assessments and taking the appropriate action following the receipt of an internal STR
