Compliance Officer Internal Mid shift

• Ensures that the staff use their work hours productively by monitoring their activities on their companyprovided devices
  
• Monitors staff s attendance breaks and idle times and sends reports to the staff s dedicated Client Support Partners/Managers as well as to the clients.
  
• Communicates with the staff who are absent or late in the system.
  
• Generates accurate reports about the staff s activities that are deemed noncompliant such as accessing unauthorized websites and downloading unauthorized computer programs.
  
• Manages the timekeeping tools and reports
  
• Designs compliance policies and creates action plans for the proper implementation of the policies in compliance with the laws and regulations.
  
• Acts as an independent reviewer and evaluator to ensure that compliance issues /concerns are appropriately evaluated investigated and resolved.
  
• Monitors WFH operational processes and procedures using the compliance management platform to ensure that the company complies with all legal regulations and ethical standards.
  
• Manages compliancerelated information flow by researching recording and analyzing data and information. Conducting compliance risk assessments for continuous improvement.
  

Requirements

• Good communication skills
  
• At least Senior High school graduate
  
• 12 years experience as a compliance officer
  
• Experienced or familiar with compliance monitoring tools like Terramind or other similar platforms
  
• With excellent organizing skills
  
• Good attention to details
