Compliance Assistant

Help in the presentation of International Medical Corps Code of Conduct to various key stakeholders through trainings and/or other means. In collaboration with other departments facilitate training on fraud awareness and major donor compliance rules and regulation as necessary.

• Assist Compliance Manager to effectively identify, document and mitigate compliance risks associated with program and operations activities.

• Follow up on the Issue Log in coordination with compliance Manager for management agreed upon action plan that includes compliance recommendations to track their timely implementation. Exemplify the role model behavior when it comes to ethics and organizational values.

• Supports the Compliance manager, conducting periodic reviews of applicable local laws (i.e. labor law, taxes, registration, etc.) to ensure compliance.

• Supports and assists in periodic review of International Medical Corps warehouses to ensure compliance with stock, storage, receiving and exiting procedures.

• Review of samples selected by the Compliance manager of procurement transactions to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures and donor regulations.
