Job Description

  • Responsible for processing and update the payroll transactions such as (payroll taxes and government reporting as well as preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll statements) as well as new hires, terminations, resignations, leaves of absences, suspensions, and other status changes.
  • Ensure that employee payroll is processed accurately and timely.
  • Ensure that employee Performance Bonus and Benefits are processed accurately and timely.
  • Ensure that employee Claims are processed accurately and timely.
  • Ensure processing of accurate payroll taxes and payment of employee benefits.
  • Maintain employee payroll records and timesheet data for future references.
  • Researching compensation and benefits policies and plans.
  • Ensuring compensation and benefits plans are cost-effective and competitive.
  • Monitoring and researching compensation and benefits trends in company field.
  • Comparing benefits and compensation plans, job classifications, and salaries through data and cost analyses.
  • Design compensation packages and bonus programs for management/staff that align with the company’s strategic plan.
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs.
  • Create a compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational culture.
  • Design, implement, and manage salary classification and compensation programs.
  • Analyze surveys to ensure appropriate compensation across all departments.
  • Administer and manage employee insurance plans.

Job Requirements

  • 3: 5 years of work experience in Compensation and Benefits.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or another related field.
  • Compensation and benefits specialists tend to be numbers oriented.
  • ERP System or Odoo user is a plus.
  • Excellent in English language (Writing & Speaking).
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management is a plus.
