- Work pattern is a mixture of proactive and project work, no routine and often high pressure.
- Required to make sound judgements regularly within agreed processes using a good understanding of the team and the abilities of the team.
- Assist the project team for quality delivery of the programme, building accountability and documenting learning.
- You will have detailed knowledge of assisting community mobilization and hygiene promotion activities, procedures.
