- Contribute to the development of the strategy of the program in line with the strategy and objectives of JRF and its vision.
- Contribute to the preparation and development of policies, procedures and work plans of the program, and contribute to its implementation in coordination with the directors of departments and various programs.
- Lead the community mapping and community processes with stakeholders including engagement with key local government stakeholders
- Follow-up on feasibility studies, marketing studies and work plans, studying the deviations achieved and rapid response to any internal or external variables that may affect the progress of the project and its sustainability.
- Research and analyze member or community needs to determine program directions and goals.
- Development and roll-out of relevant assessments, tools and documents for program activities.
- Support the development of localized capacity development and campaign plans in collaboration with other departments.
- Establish and maintain relationships with local bodies, partners, other agencies and organizations in the community to meet community needs.
