Job Description

- Ensure effective communications, visibility and knowledge management within and to external audiences;
- Develop, implement and monitor a communication and visibility plan to facilitate better understanding among partners and stakeholders (internal and external) about as an organization and program progress;
- Dynamically and actively interact with country offices focal points to gather information and results related to programming, and prepare relevant communication materials such as success stories, beneficiary profiles, country snapshots, content for the Intranet, etc.;
- Support external representation strategy to donors and other key stakeholders through the development and upkeep/updating of key materials such as country snapshots;
- Be the key focal point for the Middle East Intranet page, ensuring that it is regularly updated with relevant material, including success stories, program, updates, country snapshots, and more per the aforementioned communication/visibility plan to be developed and maintained throughout the internship;
- Collaborate with Global Communications Department for use of standardized tools, participation in Communications Focal Point meetings, etc.;
- Other duties as needed.
