- Elaborate and implement a project communication plan;
- Ensure visibility of the donors (Belgian state or other), of Enabel, of the partners and the programmes (apply the visibility rules of have them applied);
- Accompany the development of the necessary materials for the image and accountability of the programmes;
- Ensure transparency and the presence of the programmes at important platforms in the partner countries and in Belgium (including open.enabel.be);
- Communicate about results of programmes;
- Disseminate the operational information among co-workers (following the must know, need to know, nice to know strategy);
- Support, train and coach co-workers so they can take on their own internal communication responsibilities;
