Commodities Claims Manager Zurich & Remote 2months 100% Jan. 2024 CHF 100000
Tasks
- Analyze contracts strategically proactively identify potential issues in claims management
- Take charge of contracts falling under Common Law focusing on UK and US jurisdictions
- Lead in claims related to the shipping industry possessing knowledge of critical terms
- Manage international claims demonstrating expertise in navigating INCOTERMS
- Actively engage with traders to ensure effective communication
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Completed Legal Degree (CH EU UK)
- Resident of Switzerland or Liechtenstein
- Strong understanding of contract and claims management
- At least 2 years PQE as Claims Manager in the Shipping Industry
