- Dealing with current and upcoming commercial contracts.
- Ease, support all commercial and advertising agency requirements.
- Conceptualize and recommend design and lay-out of commercial spaces/retail businesses, both regular spaces and kiosks, and advertising medium located in Cairo Metro Line 3 stations & Capital train.
- Collaborate with all company departments required for any activity regarding commercial.
- Make sure that all rented shops, kiosks, and advertising agencies in our lines are following our rules and safety measures.
- To conduct work permit for all required actions to be done in our stations.
- Monitor all commercial activities in the station.
- Coordinate with advertising agency events to be done in stations.
Qualifications
- B.Sc./M.Sc. Degree in in Marketing or any relevant discipline.
Knowledge
- Trends and market Profile for non-rail business.
- Lease Contract agreements.
- Networking.
- Persuasion.
- Sales Planning
- Identification of customer needs and challenges.
- Market Knowledge.
- CRM.
- Microsoft Office.
