- Provide technical know-how and project management services to commercial teams centrally and in the territories on primary research activities.
- Manage vendors and internal distribution of secondary market research sources and tools (IQVIA, AMS, Data Monitor, etc.)
- Ownership of the function and tools to coordinate collection and internal distribution of Competitive Intelligence (CI capabilities, social listening, etc.).
- Ownership/co-ownership of data repositories from internal and external sources and responsibility for managing data partnerships and vendors that can help collect and analyze big data.
