Commercial Director

Kariera Group Hiring Solutions team is looking on behalf of a client a dynamic multinational corporate group that operates in the services sector across European markets for a talented and experienced Commercial Director (based in Germany).

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the companys commercial strategy fostering business growth and ensuring the overall success of the organization.

Tasks

• Formulate and execute comprehensive commercial strategies aligned with the companys overall objectives
• Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion
• Lead and mentor the team providing guidance and support to achieve revenue targets
• Foster a highperformance sales culture and ensure effective sales operations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and customer preferences
• Implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and market share

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
• Proven experience as a Commercial Director or in a similar leadership role within a multinational organization
• Fluent English and German mandatory
• Strong track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to make sound business decisions
