- Conduct background document reviews Assist in creating team lead research packages Manage and analyze data using Microsoft Office and other database software platforms Provid research support through literature reviews, database searches, document reviews, etc. Provide administrative assistance for each activity, including record keeping and program cataloging Analyze quantitative and qualitative data as needed Supprt assignment managers as needed Other relevant tasks as designated by senior staffQualifications: A Bachelor s degree in relevant field A minimum four years of work experience in thematic area (i.e., collaboration, learning and adaptation) A working knowledge and understanding of monitoring and evaluation practices Experience in conducting research and an understanding of method Fluency in English language is highly desirableReasonable Accommodations: MSI is dedicated to hiring an inclusive workforce.
