Job Title: CNA / Nurse Assistant

Job Location: Mount Angel OR

Duration: 13 Weeks

Job Type: Onsite

Responsibilities:

Patient Care:

• Assist pediatric patients with daily activities such as bathing grooming feeding and mobility.
• Monitor and record vital signs intake and output and any changes in the patients condition.
• Provide emotional support and ensure a comforting environment for young patients and their families.
• Help in the implementation of treatment plans as directed by the healthcare team.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with the nursing and medical team to ensure coordinated and effective care.
• Communicate effectively with patients their families and caregivers regarding the care plan and patient progress.
• Report any concerns or changes in a patients condition to the nursing staff promptly.

Maintaining a Clean and Safe Environment:

• Ensure the paediatric ward is clean organized and safe for patients.
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a hygienic environment.

Support Administrative Tasks:

• Document patient information and care provided accurately and timely.
• Assist in ordering and restocking supplies as necessary.

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification may be required.
