CMM Inspector - Nightshift and Dayshift available
Location Lymington
Excellent rates of pay plus shift allowance
Hours: 39hrs Monday to Wednesday 15:30pm to 2:00am and Thursday 15:30pm to 1:00am
CMM Inspector Responsibilities:
Inspect parts, CMM or manual methods, adjusting CMM programs
Multiset CMMs When Required.
Perform in process, first off and final inspection activities on all products and evaluate conformance to engineering requirements
Ensures all quality related matters are raised during Inspection to the Quality or Production Team for resolution.
Maintaining a quality first outlook on all inspection activities and decisions made
Ensures that all documentation and reports are maintained and completed accurately. This could be updating PCPs, Critical feature requirements and FAIRData.
Raise nonconforming material/products and support corrective action activity / investigations when required
CMM Inspector Requirements:
Proficient in alternate controls software to create programs for inspectionPrevious experience in a similar role.
Understanding of CMM Best practice
techniques.

a leading manufacturer of precision machined components, fabrications, assemblies and kit sets for the Oil and Gas, Telecommunications, Aerospace and Defence, Land and Sea Systems, Nuclear and Marine industries for over 30 years.
Their state of the art 121,000 sq ft of manufacturing area is equipped with the latest manufacturing technology. This includes numerous multi axis CNC Machines with turning and milling capability up to 4 meters in length and Flexible Manufacturing Systems capable of working unmanned to produce components to close tolerances 24 hours per day.
