We are hiring Clinical Nurse Manager II Cardiac Theatre into a Private Hospital in Cork Ireland.

We will provide exceptional patient care in an environment where quality respect caring and compassion are at the center of all we do.

Key Responsibilities
  • The role of this position is crucial in effectively coordinating and managing activities and resources within the department.
  • Foster a culture that encourages open communication and the implementation of best practices in the provision of nursing care
  • The role is crucial in overseeing the management of nursing services and resources within the cardiac theater ensuring the efficient and effective management of elective operating lists.
  • This position plays a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth operation of the theater and optimizing patient care.
  • Responsible for proactively managing the daily schedule of the cardiac theatre with the aim of achieving the highest quality and safety outcomes for patients and their families.


Requirements

  • Registered General Nurse
  • must possess a relevant postgraduate qualification in perioperative nursing.
  • Possess a minimum of five years of postregistration experience in perioperative nursing within the last seven years.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a people management role is required.
  • Preferred management qualification.
  • Proficient in contemporary theatre practices with a wealth of uptodate knowledge and extensive handson experience.
