We are hiring Clinical Nurse Manager I ICU into a Private Hospital in Cork Ireland.
We will provide exceptional patient care in an environment where quality respect caring and compassion are at the center of all we do.
Key Responsibilities

- work closely with the CNMII to effectively coordinate and lead a team of dedicated staff members.
- The Primary goal will be to ensure the implementation and delivery of exceptional patient care maintaining the highest standards of quality.
- Responsible for ensuring the quality of patient care within their designated area.
- Tasked with effectively managing resources providing leadership to the team and being accountable for all nursing activities in their area.
- Promote best practices in the delivery of nursing care and provide clinical expertise and support within the interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Registered General Nurse
- To be registered with The Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland.
- Hold a recognized postregistration qualification in critical care nursing or intensive care nursing.
- possess a minimum of five years of fulltime postregistration clinical experience with at least three years specifically in critical care or a related field.
- Possessing a profound understanding of current nursing practices and skills demonstrating excellence in this domain.
