Clinic Receptionist

Responsibilities:

• Receive Daily telephone calls & greet visitors & clients.
• Treat patients and consultants, either inside the clinic or by phone, and respond to their inquiries.
• Reservation of appointments according to the applicable schedule in accordance with the rules set in the reservation system.
• Processing all patient files at the beginning of the clinic and delivery to nursing.
• Return to the booking system to confirm if the patient is a case for detection or follow-up.
• Inform the new patients of the services provided in the clinics and ensure that they have a list of consultants and services provided in clinics.
• Put all messages addressed to doctors in their files with confirmation of delivery as
• Receiving cash and managing cash records on the system.
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing.
• Document and process patients' requests on the system and issue the test name tag.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures).
