Job Overview:
The Client Service Manager Commercial/Sponsorship Manager is responsible for managing client accounts developing commercial opportunities and overseeing sponsorship deals. This role requires a blend of client relationship management business development and strategic planning skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries concerns and requests.
Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and followups.
Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial and sponsorship sectors.
Develop strategies to expand the companys client base and revenue streams.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create compelling pitches and proposals.
Sponsorship Management:

Negotiate sponsorship agreements and contracts with external partners.
Coordinate sponsorship activations and deliverables to meet client expectations.
Monitor sponsorship performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Strategic Planning:
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisionmaking.
Develop longterm plans for client acquisition retention and revenue growth.
Work closely with senior management to align commercial objectives with overall business goals.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience in client service management preferably in the commercial or sponsorship industry.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
