- Response to clients' inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in person
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and services.
- Qualify the received leads/inquiries and assign them to the right consultant accordingly.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with the customers through open and interactive communication
- Follow communications policies and procedures set by the company.
- Keep records of all clients' interactions and update the CRM System accurately.
- Coordinate with the internal departments to ensure meeting clients' needs
- Follow up with the clients on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction.
