As a Client Care Support you will be responsible for assisting Account Managers Senior Account Managers and Team Managers as needed to ensure smooth operations and excellent client service. Your duties will include completing daily tasks and managing diary notes to maintain organized and efficient workflows.


Here s an overview of your future role:
Employment type: Fulltime
Shift: Early Shift (Mon Fri 04:00 AM To 01:00 PM)
Work setup: Temporary WFH Makati/Ortigas
Salary: PHP 30000 to 40000

What do you need to succeed
  • Minimum of 23 years of relevant combined experience in Customer Service and Admin Support
  • Proficiency in PC skills with the ability to pick up new systems easily
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and excellent time management skills
  • Capacity to handle a high volume workload

  • Ability to make sound judgments

  • Assisting Account Managers Senior Account Managers and Team Managers as required
  • Completing Daily Tasks and Dairy Notes
  • Arranging Valuations for insurance quotes
  • Obtaining Insurance Quotes
  • Creating Disclosure Statements
  • Assist with draft financials check end of year and 6 monthly financials for accuracy
  • Arranging the payment of the building manager levies
  • Handling incoming and outgoing customer communications via phone and email
  • Raising levies and special levies
  • Missed discount credits
  • Completing on charges
  • Handling invoice splitting and part payments
  • Completing notifications via our customer communications system
  • Invoice administration
  • Any other duties as required
