We are looking for an energetic Client Care Specialist, who will be interacting with Goodsmart clients by addressing their inquiries, and resolving complaints, generally providing a higher level of client support and retention.
Responsibilities:
-Respond to and resolve product or service problems that Clients are experiencing.
-Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
-Work effectively across a variety of communication channels: live chat, email, phone, etc.
-Attract and retain clients by answering inquiries and providing suggestions to the clients.
-Identify and assess clients' needs through active listening to achieve satisfaction.
-Work collaboratively with teammates to solve client issues as quickly and as efficiently as possible.
-Report client complaints and escalate issues when necessary to prevent potential churn.
-Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
-Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
-Fluency in English is a must.
-Customer service background is preferred.
-Problem solving skills.
-Communication skills, multi tasking.
-Friendly behavior.
-Flexible with rotational shifts and can cope with the fast paced work environment.
