- Collect all required documents for import approvals.
- Obtain JFDA import approvals for all Hikma purchases including raw materials, packaging materials, QC chemicals, machines, instruments and finished goods for R&D trials.
- Arrangements between the carrier and clearance companies and follow up clearance process.
- Arrangements between clearance companies and Hikma warehouses and follow up delivery to warehouses.
