Civil FM Engineer

Job Description

• Responsible for any maintenance works inside living zones (Public Areas, inside units )
• Plan and implements the design of plants, offices, and production lines in order to maximize the use of available space and improve production efficiency.
• Estimate costs related to layout design, including equipment and materials, labor, etc. and monitors the construction/maintenance process.
• Ensures that established efficiency and safety targets are met.
• Supervise and manage the technical personnel at construction/ready sites, and oversee all operations and maintenance activities.
• Advise management on design and construction, propose modifications to existing designs and solutions.
• Confer with management on Procedures and Contracts
• Comply with HSE safety precautions in conjunction with service providers.
• Maintain and updates office files to include records of inspections, reports of investigations, complaints of unsafe working conditions, accident and incident reports.
• Properly document and prepare a technical reports and present the conclusion to the Facility managers, directors, client and decision makers concluding team`s efforts and the end results.
• Preparing periodical follow up reports, in both Arabic and English, to show the status and progress achieved in Uptown within his scope, reporting to department`s head of units and director.
• Responsible of quality controlling and internal audit inspections for Uptown within his scope based on the company policies and approved procedures.
