- Preparing project proposals, specifications, bills of quantities and any requirements related to the project.
- Reviewing, auditing and approving the project extracts
- Preparing the necessary designs, drawings and diagrams for all engineering projects
- Supervising the implementation of the project according to the specifications.
- Carry out all maintenance, design and supervision of the building
- Direct responsibility for project records, documents, papers and files
- Writing reports and requirements for contractors.
