- Seven to ten years of experience, with a minimum two years of experience in project initiation and implementation.
- Proficiency in the work of AutoCAD, Office and the Internet.
- Proficiency in inventory work and quantity surveying (concrete and finishes).
- Proficiency in the work of studying bids and preparing the related take offs.
- Proficiency in preparation of the technical proposals.
- Full knowledge of local and international bidding terms, conditions and requirements.
- Knowledge of construction contracts and their types.
- Mastering English language.
- Proficiency in making technical presentations.
- Compatible to Teamwork
- Capable to work under pressure.
