Civil and Structural Engineering

Minimum Requirements in brief:
Civil & Structural
Responsible for review and checking of Civil and Structural design calculations & reports for
all structures and review of construction drawings and documents and add value to the same.
Experience in managing fast track building projects involving multiple stake holders including
but not limited to Govt. and semi Govt. authorities private players etc.
Liaise with statutory approval authorities such as MCGM MIDCCFO etc. and facilitate the
statutory approval process within project goals
Be contractually sound and be able to prepare contractual documents and specifications
Checking and certifying Contractors invoices and claims
Have good knowledge of project financial requirements as applicable
Develop cost effective plan for Civil & Structural engineering services within budget.
