•Developing of training materials
•Submission of training materials for approval
•Delivery of interactive one-day training (in Arabic)
•Knowledge measurement and evaluation of the training by attendees (i.e. pre and post-tests)
•Provision of a final report of the training.
.3. SCOPE OF THE WORK (WORK ASSIGNMENT)
Under the supervision of the IOCC Jordan country office, the trainer is expected to complete the following tasks to the standard required by IOCC:
