Neco Finance is looking for an experienced Chief Sales Officer to join our executive board with the objective of growing the Neco Treasury creating a sustainable Neco community building brand awareness and increasing adoption of the Neco token. This challenging role requires advanced skills in sales business development fundraising team leadership networking as well as a high level of responsibility reliability professionalism expertise and discipline.

Work with a team of champions on an ambitious crypto project (Blockchain) with social and environmental impact dedicated to serving the greater good. As a partner (freelance) in our decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) without hierarchies you take over full accountability for your roles and actions. We offer remote work flexible time management and performancebased payment in crypto (Neco). Tasks

  • Leading the sales team as the Circle Lead
  • Assigning roles and responsibilities
  • Defining the strategy for fundraising sales and membership growth
  • Developing investor relationships
  • Networking
  • Managing the sales pipeline
  • Followingup on Leads
  • Acquiring and maintaining new and existing clients
  • Defining and refining the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Pitching and delivering presentations
  • Growing the Neco community by acquiring new members
  • Executing marketing campaigns and community events
  • Managing and administrating the Neco community members
  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis
  • Managing the customer lifecycle from end to end

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in an executive sales position preferably in the fintech or crypto industry
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your skills including sales business development Fundraising Team Leadership Networking Negotiation.
  • Impact investing experience and Venture Capitalists
  • Proficiency in tools such as CRM systems newsletter tools etc.
  • Knowledge of the Holacracy management system or decentralized autonomous organizations (DAO) is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own time while collaborating effectively with a remote team
  • Minimum capacity of 30 hours per week
  • Passion for sustainability the environment and cryptocurrency with a strong attention to detail and a problemsolving mindset
