Chief Operations Officer Casino

As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) youll play a pivotal role in steering the operational success of our business. Reporting directly to the Founders youll oversee the strategic and daytoday landbased operations of our global casino gaming provider activities.

Tasks

• Collaborate with the director and management team to develop and implement the companys strategic vision for casino landbased gaming operations.
• Provide leadership to ensure alignment with overall business goals and optimize gaming processes for enhanced efficiency and player experience.
• Drive expansion into new markets considering regulatory compliance and cultural nuances and coordinate the commercial department.
• Develop and execute market entry plans assessing risks and opportunities while fostering collaboration among different departments.
• Stay abreast of gaming trends and technology to drive innovation collaborating closely with the technology/development team.
• Manage financial resources effectively ensuring budget compliance and profitability and provide strategic input into financial planning.
• Ensure strict adherence to global gaming regulations adjust operational strategies accordingly and identify and mitigate associated risks.
• Implement robust security measures to protect gaming integrity and lead a highperformance operations team attracting and developing top talent.

Requirements

• 5 years of proven experience as a COO or in a senior operational leadership role within the landbased casino gaming industry.
• Indepth knowledge of global landbased casino gaming markets regulations and industry trends.
• Demonstrated success in driving operational efficiency and business expansion within the casino gaming sector.
• Bachelors degree in business administration management or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong strategic thinking problemsolving leadership and communication skills.
