6. Capture end user needs and make feasibility study recommendations.

7. Provide Level 3 technical support for SW applications and security.

8. Manage the procurement of tools, technologies and licensing.

9. Protect the system against unauthorized access or modifications.

10. Managing certificates, licenses and purchasing systems accounts.

11. Ensure renewal of certificates and adherence to compliance standards to save the company from paying fines.

12. Monitor, identify, and investigate company-wide computer networks for security issues, vulnerabilities, and vulnerabilities, and prevent any breaches before they occur
