This role is located in Mirrabooka WA a 30minute drive north of Perth CBD.
The Role
Reporting to the Board of Management the CEO will successfully lead our multidisciplinary organisation across various WA locations to embed our Vision Mission and Values drive our strategies priorities in close partnership with our Board of Management and engagement with stakeholders including staff volunteers probono partners volunteers and clients and ensure robust and sustainable corporate governance and compliance practices.

The successful applicant will have:
- Demonstrated knowledge and leadership experience working within the community sector and the capacity to identify and manage changing circumstances.
- Experience working within a community development framework.
- A demonstrated capacity to act strategically and exercise a high level of decisionmaking.
- High level communication and presentation skills including the ability to provide clear concise and comprehensive advice both verbally and in writing.
- Highly developed research analytical and conceptual skills with the capacity to think and act innovatively.
- Ability to manage and meet compliance and contractual obligations including with funding bodies.
- Proven ability to develop and manage relationships with external stakeholders and partners.
- Ability to recognise funding opportunities and generate income through submission writing and networking.
- Demonstrated ability to liaise with other community organisations government representatives and staff across the organisation.
Successful applicants will need to provide two references a recent National Police Clearance and proof of their rights to work in Australia.

Having worked previously in a senior leadership team, possibly as part of an executive team. Demonstrated ability to inspire and strongly contribute to strategy and leadership, including change management. Knowledge, understanding and commitment to community services, including human services. Experience in managing service delivery, while considering innovation, risk and governance in doing so. Experience in continuous improvement, budget preparation, financial control, and procurement.
