We're looking for a CEO for an emerging AI company in the Medical Device sector, you will play a pivotal role in taking the company to market. You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction, overseeing operations, and driving growth initiatives. Your leadership will be instrumental in advancing their mission and establishing our client as a leader in the AI-driven healthcare industry.

They are determined to revolutionize healthcare by harnessing the power of AI to improve patient outcomes, streamline healthcare processes, and drive innovation in the medical field. They are seeking a dynamic and visionary CEO to lead their team remotely from anywhere within the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate the company's vision, mission, and long-term strategy to all stakeholders. Lead the executive team in executing strategic plans and initiatives.
- Manage the company's financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring profitability. Make data-driven decisions to drive financial growth and sustainability.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand their market presence and customer base.
- Drive the development and enhancement of AI-powered medical devices. Ensure that their products remain at the forefront of technological advancements.
- Build and lead a high-performing executive team. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Stay current with industry regulations and ensure that the company complies with all relevant laws and standards, particularly in the healthcare sector.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with investors, customers, healthcare providers, and key industry stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact the company's operations or reputation.
- Serve as the face of the company, representing the business in public forums, conferences, and media appearances. Effectively communicate the company's mission and achievements to various audiences.

- Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior executive leadership role, preferably in MedTech.
- Deep understanding of AI technology and its applications in the medical device industry.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of driving growth and profitability.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
