Working interdisciplinary on aircraft level alongside two other Chief Engineers you will be responsible for the Ecoprogram implementing and following the vision of safe and energyefficient flying.
Ensure that the aircraft definition meets the highest requirements and remains up to date.
Analyze and derive business and market requirements for aircraft development from design decisions.
Ensure the validity of the business model throughout the development cycle by comprehensive review of personnel costs and schedules.
Structure and manage aircraft designs and configurations to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Ensure smooth collaboration between design and production organizations to ensure production effectiveness and efficiency
Engineering degree in aeronautics/aviation or mechanical engineering
Several years of professional experience in the development phases and lifecycle of several Part 25 aircraft as well as propulsion/aircraft integration
Broad knowledge of aircraft certification requirements design criteria materials methods and tools
Experience in the development of new aircraft available signature delegations and/or CVE (Certification Verification Engineer) are advantageous. Ability to lead/guide internal/external complex tasks
Very good English language skills
