• Participating in preparing the department’s annual work plans, participating in preparing annual estimated budgets, and participating in preparing annual reports that illustrate the department’s work and achievements during the fiscal year.
• Establishing the instructions, accounting procedures, and recommendations to ensure the organization of the department’s work, documenting the processes followed to implement its work, and working on developing and updating them continuously to ensure continuous improvement in the department’s performance.
• Proposing accounting frameworks and systems, drafting approved instructions and regulations for this purpose, and updating them to ensure the efficiency of the department's work.
• Directing the accounting operations of receivables and the group’s various revenues and related activities to issue invoices, prepare accounting entries, check sales orders for merchants, and open accounts for them on the accounting system.
