To support our kitchen team we are looking for a:

Chef de Partie Entremetier (m/f) 100%

Tasks

• Prepare and cook dishes according to the recipes and standards of the restaurant
• Ensure that all food preparation and cooking is done in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the entremetier section of the kitchen
• Assist in the development of new menu items and specials
• Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen

Requirements

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship
• Several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy
• Passion for the cooking profession good cooking skills abilities & creativity
