Our state-of-the-art chatbot platform allows users to build smart interfaces for a smart future. Our enterprise-level bot management platform includes all the functions needed to harvest conversational interface opportunities such as visual builder, human agents, broadcasting, chatbot character, and system integrations.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role in Labiba's Amman office for a Chatbot Implementation Specialist. The Chatbot Implementation Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders. The primary responsibility of the Chatbot Implementation Specialist is to participate in the implementation of our virtual agents and chatbots with our customers, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our products and services.


    Responsibilities

  • Designing the conversation interaction through NLP training, implementing intents, entities, and business rules.
  • Chatbot project implementation utilizing our platform, architecting and mapping out conversation flows while considering both the user’s needs and the technological constraints.
  • Develop and refine user stories and use cases to define and prioritize chatbot functionalities.
  • Conduct thorough testing of chatbot interactions to identify and rectify inconsistencies, errors, and potential issues.
  • Maintain a strong awareness of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the field of NLP and chatbot development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers for interactive chatbot services.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering.
  • Experience in implementing chatbots, NLP solutions, and conversation flows is preferred.
  • Familiarity with NLP.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
