Job Description
The Chatbot Developer will progress the development and support of the Leena AI Chatbot platform to create solutions that better serve the business and ultimately the Customer. The role is expected to participate in all areas of the Chatbot team working with other team members to identify challenges research solutions propose approaches for discussion conduct predefined pilots and support solutions through to implementation across the Chatbot platform. This also includes aiding the NLP team to ensure the translation and parsing of client knowledge is happening correctly in our system to ensure accuracy of Chatbot responses for the users.
Responsibilities
- Build & design conversational chatbots in enterprise domain using Leena AI tool.
- Verify and correct system generated conversational data from enterprise knowledge base basis which responses are generated to user queries.
- Assist NLP team to verify translation of Arabic knowledge to English and accuracy of responses generated by Chatbot to user queries in Arabic language.
- Support QA team to test and teach the system in iterative fashion by identifying incorrect responses to test queries and providing the appropriate responses to user queries.
- Understand the business logic and translate into conversational flows.
- Continuously improve the user experience by understanding the user chat behavior.
- Deliver the projects on time by working with internal team members.
- Analysis of Chatbot Development.
Requirements
Adequate verbal and written communication skills in English as well as Arabic language.
Ability to articulate solutions in simple & clear language.
Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word Google Sheets.
Should possess strong logical thinking abilities to design and construct effective conversational flows ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience within the chatbot interactions.
Required to work in the MEA shift as part of their job responsibilities ensuring seamless collaboration and timely support with our global teams and clients.
Experience in building Chatbots using publicly available bot platforms like Dialogflow Microsoft Bot Framework RASA etc.
Should be proficient in utilizing tools like Postman to streamline the testing and debugging process ensuring smooth API integration and efficient development of robust bot solutions.
Should possess a strong understanding and practical knowledge of REST API integration enabling them to effectively integrate bots with various external systems and platforms.
Experience in deploying bots on diverse communication channels such as Microsoft Teams Slack and other platforms is highly desirable and will be considered a valuable asset.
Knowledge of fundamentals of Natural Language processing is a plus Outofthebox thinking.
