- Implementing the Retail distribution in terms of branches opening, closure, relocation as well as ATM expansion.
- Reporting the performance of delivery channels (networks and e-channels) to Channels Supervisor in the country.
- Ensure optimal usage and availability of the bank’s channels in relation with Channels strategy and in coordination with related departments.
- Supporting branches in terms of suitable environment (functional, physical) according to Channels and Retail Standards.
- Supporting the execution of channels migration strategy.
- Implement channels business plan in line with Retail strategy and budget.
