Role and Responsibilities:
We are hiring for the position of Accounts Assistant Manager. The key responsibilities include:
- Handling email communication with clients and vendors
- Managing vendor and client purchase orders and payments
- Coordinating with stakeholders for approvals on service utilizations and agreement addendums
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of GST regulations and compliance
- Preparing and sharing weekly reports using our system
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
