Create and develop a long-term plan and strategy for the development of the catalog Analyze product data from ZoodMall, competitive platforms and 3rd-party suppliers Analyze local market needs and trends for your product category and plan the growth accordingly Identify the catalog that could help increase ZoodMall Gross merchandise value (GMV), conversion rate and customer satisfaction Deliver monthly business plans for the category and ensure category growth through end-to-end product selection, expanding assortment, price leadership, key partnerships, and category monetization Working with cross-functional teams to plan the growth of category supply, improving supply depth, and preventing supplier risk Identify the best pricing for hot products and push them on the ZoodMall Marketplace Select products for marketing and promotional activities and coordinate with the Marketing Team and Key Account Manager on the execution Monitor product performance in each slot/promotion, and develop the best strategy to increase sales Manage a large portfolio of retail brands and develop appropriate strategies for each Coaching the team of Account Managers and ensure that they will achieve their KPI's Ensure best in class customer experience journeys for your category Fluent in spoken and written Arabic and English languages Advanced analytical skills KPI oriented Proficiency in Microsoft Office Familiar with e-commerce Ability to adapt and learn new concepts easily and efficiently Good communication skills Well organized, disciplined and highly motivated Experience in retail is a plus An individual who works collaboratively and is comfortable operating in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
