Job Description

Conducting baseline and endline assessments for the targeted beneficiaries

Managing the database for the beneficiaries.

Assessing cases and compiling case reports containing relevant information

Ensuring that case reports are kept up to date

Providing support guidance and counsel to person interested in vocational training

Motivating individuals to participate in the scholarship activities

Providing candidates with information and counselling and make referrals for other services

Developing plan for enrolment into the vocational training centre and for reimbursement distribution

Arranging opening day event and any other based on the need of the project intervention



Requirements

University degree in social science international relations or closely related field(s).

Minimum two years of relevant professional experience in working in the cooperation field NGOs and case management.

Need to be socially perceptive to work with individuals who have difficulty expressing their needs

Being respectful and nonjudgmental regardless of circumstance

Knowledge and awareness of crisisintervention contexts

Need to be organized and practical

Ability to compromise negotiate and work well with others

Arabic language is a must

Knowledge of refugee and person with disability would be an asset

A capable organiser used to meeting deadlines.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Excellent organisation coordination and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of IT tools such as Microsoft package

Ability to work as part of a team.



Essential requirements 3.1 Education background Bachelor's University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Procurement or similar field of studies. Other degrees will be considered when matched with highly qualified professional experience in the sector of intervention. 3.2 Language skills Arabic native speaker. English both written and spoken (C1 European level). 3.3 Experiences and competences - Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience (post-graduation) in the field of administrative/financial/procurement sectors in the framework of development programmes. - Experience in procurement, budgeting, planning and reporting on international funded projects of at least 5 years. - Experience in the Italian and/or European procurement procedures of at least 3 years. - Professional skills and experience in the support for procurement and recruitment procedures. - Proficient in using computers including Microsoft programs, spreadsheet, Email (outlook). 3.4 Preferred requirements - Atleast level B1 of the Italian language. - Relevant professional experience with Italian and international organisations (UN, EU). - Teamwork and effective communicational skills.
