- Coordinate the process of Capital Investment request preparation and approval across the market.
- Review project submission from all functions across the market to ensure it meets the minimum required criteria.
- Assist, guide, and follow up with all project teams the execution plan to ensure business objectives are delivered.
- Monitor the project spending according to the plan, analyze risks and opportunities through regular engagement with key stakeholders.
- Provide support in the preparation and development of market investment cycle.
- Monitor key project milestones progress and facilitate regular reporting of key Performance Indicators.
