Position Overview:
We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Care Representatives. This position offers the opportunity to work from our office in Gurgaon and be an integral part of our customer support operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to resolve customer issues and concerns.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering highquality service and support.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: UG/Graduate.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customerfocused approach.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
Additional Information:
- This is a fulltime position based in Gurgaon India.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Salary range: 25000 to 35000 INR CTC per month (based on experience and skills).
- Facetoface interviews will be conducted with shortlisted candidates.
