Calling Agents-Gurgaon

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to resolve customer issues and concerns.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering highquality service and support.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs effectively.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Minimum qualification: UG/Graduate.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customerfocused approach.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.

• This is a fulltime position based in Gurgaon India.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Salary range: 25000 to 35000 INR CTC per month (based on experience and skills).
• Facetoface interviews will be conducted with shortlisted candidates.
