Conduct effective resource planning to increase productivity through excellent management of people and available technologies.
Collect and analyze call center statistics such as sales rates, costs, customer service metrics...etc.
Monitor and take responsibility for budgeting and tracking expenses.
Recruiting and training employees to maintain good standards for the customer service department.
