BUSINESS UNIT CONTROLLER

In this varied position, you will support several business units and their Leaders as well as Sales and Product Management teams as a "sparring partner".

Tasks

• Responsible for the controlling of respective Business Units
• Preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
• Establishment of monthly financial analysis and reporting
• Preparation of variance and profitability analyses
• Further development and optimisation of processes and systems
• Contact person for controlling and reporting topics
• Participation in interdisciplinary projects

Requirements

• Higher educational degree in Business Administration
• Continuing education in Finance and/or Controlling
• A few years of working experience in Controlling (industrial environment)
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Knowledge in ERP topics (e.g. cost accounting)
• Cross-department thinking and solution-oriented
• Intercultural sensitivity
• Hands-on and eager to improve processes
